autom\u00f3viles \u201cpotentes\u201d para los conductores noveles (pero solo para aquellos que obtengan el permiso de conducir despu\u00e9s de la aprobaci\u00f3n de la ley). No podr\u00e1n conducir<b>\u00a0veh\u00edculos con una potencia superior a 75 kW\/t<\/b>\u00a0y autom\u00f3viles\u00a0<b>con una potencia m\u00e1xima de 105 kW<\/b>. L\u00edmites ligeramente atenuados con respecto al C\u00f3digo actual, que establece un l\u00edmite de 55 kW\/t para los veh\u00edculos de motor en general y de 70 kW\/h para los turismos. Se prev\u00e9n cursos en las escuelas, con puntos adicionales en el carnet de conducir.
